Brut Carte Noire Millésimé 2008 Champagne

The rich yellow color is deep and intense. It predicts a mature and complex champagne.
On the first nose, we can smell this aromatic richness. Opulent and generous, the scent of this
champagne keeps evolving with notes of fig cookies, apple tart tatin, orange marmalade and plum pie.

Then, after airing, it releases cigar and grilled almond aromas.

The attack on the palate is fresh with a very pleasant effervescence of fine Champagne bubbles. Then, the taste evolves to reveal a creamy and fleshy density. Finally, the finish is beautifully pure with a slightly saline feel in the end.

Proper gastronomical champagne, this Cuvée Millésime 2008 can be served with veal in a cream sauce or poached pears and champagne sabayon.
